MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

 The Limestone District School Board is situated on the traditional territories of the Anishinaabek and Haudenosaunee. We acknowledge their enduring present on this land, as well as the presence of Metis, Inuit, and other First Nations from across Turtle Island. We honour their cultures and celebrate their commitment to this land.

·              More than 50 potential grads have not completed their community service hours. Please hand in your hours as soon as you can! You can’t graduate without them!

·              Course Selections were due in March, please hand in your signed course selection sheet to Student Services!

·              Student Council and Interact Club are running a campaign to collect clean, used scrubs to send to Ukraine. The students in the club are asking you to please spread the word with your Healthcare friends.

And in your Sports

·         Pickleball Club starts tomorrow after school. Meet in the gym. All welcome! See Ms.Dopking or Ms.Cubitt to sign up and get ready to Pickle!

·         For any students interested in participating in Ultimate Frisbee this spring, there will be an important meeting today at the beginning of lunch in room 123.  If you are unable to attend, speak to Mr. Severino, Mr. Cameron, or Mr. Kelly.

·              Hey potential grads! Have you submitted your community hours. You can’t graduate without them! Can you believe that over 50 of you have not turned them in?!

·              Student Council and Interact Club are running a campaign to collect clean, used scrubs to send to Ukraine. The students in the club are asking you to please spread the word with your Healthcare friends.

·              Guess what! Wagon wheel cookies are back and will be for sale tomorrow and Thursday in the front foyer!

And in your Sports

·         Anyone interested in participating in track and field this year, sign up is in Student services at lunch with Mr. Vickers or Mr. James, please be sure to be there, as we need to gauge interest for the season.

·         Attention all baseball players: we've got practice Wednesday and Thursday after school this week in the gym. Be sure to check the team google classroom to stay up to date on all things baseball. Let's play ball!
