· Good morning LaSalle! This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. Just like our bodies, our minds need care. Mental health is about how we think, feel, and act. Let’s make this week about supporting each other and understanding that it's okay to talk about

· All grade 12 students who expect to graduate in June: Please check the spelling of your name and whether you have completed the graduation requirements on the list posted in Student Services. If any changes need to be made, connect with Ms. Kotsovolos, Mr. Armstrong or Ms. Pride by Wednesday May 6th

· Girls' softball sign-ups will take place tomorrow at lunch in the main gym! If you would like to play in the one-day tournament on June 3rd please sign up and see Ms. Kellar for more details

· Mental Health Week continues: Did you know that connection is one of the best ways to support your mental health? Connecting with people helps us feel supported and less lonely. Take a moment today to reach out to someone, offer a smile, or check in on a classmate". Come to the foyer at lunch today to meet some community supports.
· Be sure to stop by the Bistro this Thursday at lunch, this week's menu features a delicious Chicken Souvlaki Platter- don't miss out!
· There will be an important meeting in Room 309 at lunch for those going on the annual canoe trip.
· Would you like to help with the Mamma Mia Musical? Mrs. Reid is looking for volunteers to help with selling tickets during lunch and ushers during the performance. Please connect with Mrs. Reid in Room 214 as soon as possible.

· Hey Black Knights, keep the spirit going! Today is ‘wear green in celebration of Earth day’ and don’t forget to wear all your Black and Gold tomorrow!
· The Black Knights Bistro is open today in the cafeteria at lunch - be sure to stop by for a Caesar Salad, Focaccia Sandwich and a Wagon Wheel Cookie!
· There will be an important canoe trip meeting on Friday at lunch in room 309. Please make sure you attend if you are planning on going on the trip or see Mr Hills.

· We will be hosting several Rugby games this Friday afternoon. There will be a canteen and lots of fun. Be ready to bring your school spirit Black Knights!
